Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. There is no restocking fee.

To start a return, log in to your account and select your order, or email admin@theineosforum.com. Items sent back without a return request can’t be accepted.

Grenadier Works products
Return to: Grenadier Works, 8601 Lincoln Blvd, Ste 180/237, Los Angeles CA 90045, United States. Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.

Partner brands (Vision X, Jackery, Goose Gear)
These ship from the manufacturer and return to them. Once your return is approved, you’ll be emailed a prepaid return label within 2 business days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, and we’ll put it right.

Personalised and made-to-order items
Items engraved or personalised for you (for example with your GG Number, VIN, pre-order number or name) are made to your order and can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty or we’ve made a mistake. We engrave exactly what you enter at checkout, so please check spelling and numbers before you order. You can cancel a personalised order free of charge until we start making it; email admin@theineosforum.com as soon as possible.

Standard made-to-order items with no personalisation, such as club medallions, can be returned under the normal 30-day policy.

Other non-returnable items
Printed apparel, mugs and prints made by our print partner can’t be returned unless faulty. Sale items, gift cards and items marked final sale or scratch and dent are not returnable.

European Union
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, under the same condition rules above.

Refunds
We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been longer than 15 business days since approval, email admin@theineosforum.com.
