Grenadier Works Products & Tougher Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log in to your store account, select your order number to start the return process. You can also contact us at admin@theineosforum.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please ensure it is returned in its original condition with packaging where provided. We recommend you send products back to us via a tracked delivery service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless otherwise stated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized/engraved items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items marked as final sale or from the scratch and dent section of the store are final sale only and not eligible for a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN

Any requests for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. There will be no refunds or exchanges after 30 days of receipt of product.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Upon request Grenadier Works will issue a RMA number.

Return packing & shipping of the original item is the responsibility of the original purchaser.

If Grenadier Works does not receive the item(s) or if the item(s) are not in 100% re-sellable condition when received, a refund will not be made.

Once the original item has been received by Grenadier Works and determined to be in 100% re-sellable condition the refund will be made to the purchaser.
- All refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee from the net price of the item (minus shipping costs.) Grenadier Works will not refund from/toward the original outbound shipping expenses paid.
EXCHANGE

Replacement or Exchanged item(s) will be handled via a new sales order. Upon payment this new order will be start the production process. We will attempt to produce the new order for the product as quickly as possible but cannot promise completion shorter than the current lead-time for the product.

The new order for the replacement item(s) will require the end customer to make a full payment for the new items while the return shipment and inspection take place. The end customer can always wait until to receive the refund before making the replacement order to make use of the refunded amount toward the replacement purchase.
- Alternatively, the customer sell can the unwanted / miss-ordered items on a forum. The customer can often sell quickly (no production lead time for the buyer) plus the customer is likely to get nearly full retail price (for brand-new, unopened items). Re-selling saves the re-stocking fee and saves the return shipment expenses (return shipping is usually a much higher cost than the customers might expect).
INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order contains incorrect products this must be reported within five (5) business days. We will remedy all errors in good faith in the most expedient manner possible (ie. Replace missing items, arrange return shipping, etc.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, you have three (3) business days to cancel the order. After this period there will be a 20% cancellation fee assessed on any refunds.
ORDER CHANGE POLICY
Once an order is placed, you have three (3) business days to request changes to the order. After this period there will be a 20% change fee assessed. After order has been shipped there will be no changes (only returns &/or exchanges as above).
