Grenadier Works parts and accessories
Ship from our base in Los Angeles, California. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and sent by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Most US deliveries arrive 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.

Made-to-order and personalised items
Medallions, engraved cards, plaques, key fobs and other personalised items are made in house to your order. Allow up to 7 business days for production before dispatch. If you’ve ordered these with other parts, we’ll ship everything together unless you ask us to send the in-stock items first.

Free US shipping over $75
US orders of $75 or more get free standard shipping on Grenadier Works parts. The free rate applies to the parts we ship ourselves; items that ship from a print partner or a manufacturer are covered by their own terms below.

Printed merchandise
Apparel, mugs, prints and other printed items are made to order by our print partner and ship separately from any parts in the same order. Allow a few business days for production before dispatch. Shipping for these items is shown at checkout.

Partner brands
Products from partner brands such as Vision X, Jackery and Goose Gear ship direct from the manufacturer, with shipping included in the price. They may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Pre-orders and backorders
Some items can be ordered before stock arrives. These ship as soon as the batch lands, and we'll email you with a ship date.

International orders
We ship many Grenadier Works items worldwide by DHL Express, USPS International or UPS Worldwide Expedited, with the rate calculated at checkout. Your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery.
